Howard has a very natural, pragmatic and tenacious attitude to his chosen profession, it is built on transparency, trust and truthfulness. This attitude has served him well in building long-term relationships that have become friendships.
Most recently he served as Director of one of the most well-respected search firms here in the USA, The IMC Group. He conducted over 700 successful searches worldwide from COO to Sales Manager in locations from New York to the Seychelles.
Howard also served 5 years in the UK with the renowned recruitment firm Berkeley Scott where he was an integral part of their Chefs Division for London, UK and Internationally.
Born and raised in the UK, Howard graduated from Hospitality School and his initial career was in some of the finest kitchens in England. He now resides in North Carolina with his family and enjoys travelling, good food and wine and is known to make a wicked cocktail on a Friday evening.
