Meet with the client to learn about the position, why it is open and what will make the candidate successful.
Identify and Search
Target and identify potential candidates as well use my strong network of senior contacts to identify high potential individuals in certain markets or sectors.
Build Trust and Relationships
Reach out to selected individuals to either start a relationship or to continue one – I have total resect and transparency with people.
Interview and Assessment
Ask targeted questions and most importantly listen as we make sure the candidate is both qualified and interested in the opportunity.
Hire and Onboard
Be actively involved with presenting the offer, any negotiations and ensuring that the candidates resignation and notice period is done correctly and a smooth transition is made.
